NEET Exam Date, Registration Link and Eligibility Creteria
National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) across India for students aspiring to pursue medical, dental, AYUSH, and nursing courses in recognized institutions. The NEET UG 2024 exam is set to be conducted on May 5, 2024, in pen-and-paper mode, encompassing syllabi from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
The NEET 2024 exam covers various seats, including 99,763 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, 603 BVSc & AH, 1,899 AIIMS, and 249 JIPMER seats across 612 medical and 315 dental colleges.
NEET 2024 Notification:
The NTA is expected to release the NEET 2024 Notification and application form in March 2024 on the official website (www.neet.nta.nic.in). The notification includes details about registration deadlines, exam dates, eligibility criteria, application form, fees, and essential instructions.
NEET 2024 Application Form:
The application form will be available from March 2024 at neet.nta.nic.in. After registration, candidates will receive a confirmation email containing crucial information about the exam, including the date and test center. The tentative deadline for NEET 2024 Application Form submission is April 15, 2024.
NEET UG 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must meet age, nationality, educational qualifications, and minimum percentage requirements. The key eligibility criteria are:
Age: Minimum 17 years; no upper age limit
Nationality: Indian citizens, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs, or Foreign Nationals
Educational Qualifications: Completion of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English
Minimum Percentage Requirement: General (50%), Reserved categories (40%), PWD (45%)
